Best Picks for Lakers-Nuggets Game 4

Lakers -3.5, -105

LA can’t get swept, right?

Game 3 was a huge letdown for the Lakers, and arguably the biggest win in the history of the Denver Nuggets franchise (until they beat the Lakers and go to the Finals).

It’s hard to imagine this team getting swept on its home floor.

Regardless of the outcome of this game, it’s still an achievement the Lakers made it this far.

After a terrible start to the season, a mid-season roster shakeup and injuries all over, it’s shocking they’ve made it this far.

This team has proved ultra-resilient all season, and it’s hard to believe they’ll lose Game 4 in Los Angeles.

Over 224.5, -110

This series has been all over the place with its points.

Game 1 was a shootout, Game 2 was loads of defense, and game three barely hit the over.

Expect Game 4 to replicate Game 1.

Down 3-0, the Lakers know they’ll have to play at their highest level to have any chance in the series.

Their tough defense hasn’t been great, so they’ll need to rely on their offensive production to give them a chance.

Anthony Davis Over 42.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists

AD is going to have to take over in Game 4.

It’s obvious that LeBron James is not himself, and the Lakers need a big performance from someone.

He had 40 in the Game 1 loss, and it’s going to take another special performance just to extend this series.

Davis has hit this over two out of the three games in this series, and he should be able to carry that momentum with his back against the wall.

Parlay of the Game for Lakers-Nuggets Game 4

Lakers ML,

D’Angelo Russell Under 12.5 Points,

Nikola Jokic Over 25.5 Points,

Anthony Davis 45+ Points+Rebounds+Assists

+700

This is more of a longshot parlay, but it has great value at +700.

The Lakers have given up on Russell. He has had a really tough series, and it’s hard to believe he’d turn it around with (most likely) limited minutes.

Jokic has scored less than 25 the past two games, but Jamal Murray has played out of his mind.

Expect Murray to cool down a bit and allow Jokic more shot attempts and more points.

AD is going to have a great game. Game 4, down 3-0 at home, he has to.

It would be more surprising if he had a bad game than if the Lakers lost and got swept.
